<ul>

<li>2 tablespoons whole milk</li>
<li>2 teaspoons whole cumin seeds</li>
<li>1 teaspoon dried dill weed</li>
<li>&frac12; teaspoon freshly ground black pepper</li>
<li>2 garlic cloves, pressed</li>
<li>&frac14; cup extra-virgin olive oil</li>
<li>20 mint leaves, thinly sliced</li>
<li>32 (or more) seeded crackers</li>
</ul>
<p>Directions:&nbsp; Mix first six ingredients in a small bowl until almost smooth.&nbsp; Cover and chill.&nbsp; Can be made a day ahead.
